Andrew or
Robert MacMillan...
My name is Lisbeth Norskov and I am from Denmark. I am looking for Andrew or Robert
MacMillan whose family lives or used to live in Broughty Ferry. I used to work with
Andrew MacMillan in Notting Hill, London in the period from 1985 to 1987 at Vincent
House. I would like to get in touch with either Andrew or his brother, Robert. I
happened to visit Broughty Ferry for Christmas in 1985, a lovely place, by the way.
Andrew and Robert have an older sister, as well, whose name I do not recall. If you
happen to know this family, would you kindly inform them about my attempt to get in
touch with them? |

I may be in
completely the wrong direction - I am actually looking for information about Cairnie
Pier and the Broughty Ferry came up on the screen. Is this anywhere near Cairnie Pier
? I am looking for information about this place and also for information about my
great great grandfather, Andrew Goldie Brown (Wife Christina Waddell ) and his family
who left there about 1854 to emigrate to NZ. Would love some information to turn up
regarding the family and/or the pier. Hopefully thank you ! |

I'm searching for a former
pen pal that I corresponded with 1964-65 who was from Broughty Ferry.
His name is Alistair Smith. We were in a school pen pal program and I
received his address. I was 13 at the time. My name was Connie Webb
and lived in Orleans, Indiana. Many years have passed since I enjoyed
writing to Alistair. I remember talking about the Beatles, mostly! I'm
51 now, so Mr. Smith would be approximately the same. We have visited
your beautiful country many times over the years and think it is one of
the loveliest places on earth! Love and blessings to you at Broughty
Ferry! |

Mearns. They had 4 children, 2 boys and 2 girls, the boys Douglas and
Edward were born in Scotland. Would love to know if anyone knew of this
family. |
